Our story & vision
The roots of today's Genferberg Group reach back to AEM Consult, a traditional management consultancy that supported companies for many years in matters relating to strategy, restructuring, efficiency improvement, and project implementation. This foundation of consulting, structured thinking, and operational implementation still forms the core of the organization today.
In 2024, the Bürge family acquired the existing company, initiating a complete restructuring. The consulting firm at the time became the first building block of the Genferberg Group – a modern, scalable ecosystem that combines capital, expertise, and vetted partners in a way that ensures long-term benefits for all involved. Since then, Genferberg has seen itself not merely as a consulting firm, but as a structuring provider, intermediary, and platform for sustainable financial solutions.
This focus continues to shape our daily work. The Genferberg Group advises private individuals on financing matters, access to privately held investments, and structured wealth management – in both digital assets and traditional investment vehicles. At the same time, we support companies with capital raising, private equity structures, and general business development. Our true strength lies in the combination of consulting, structuring, and direct access to investors, enabling faster and more efficient project implementation.
A key component of the model is access to qualified specialist partners. The Genferberg Group collaborates with lawyers, trustees, and subject matter experts who act on behalf of Genferberg and handle legal, tax, or litigation tasks for clients. The same applies to traditional management consulting: business development, restructuring support, process optimization, and the preparation of financing rounds are implemented by selected experts who are directly integrated into the Genferberg system. As a result, clients do not receive a disparate network, but rather a cohesive structure in which all parties involved act in a coordinated manner.
