• Preparation of the approval processes

This phase marks the start of a new energy project.

 

Investors who get involved at this early stage enable the development to begin and thus participate directly in the initial value creation of the project.

 

Since these investors typically join the project 3 to 6 months earlier and finance a significant portion of the initial project work, they also benefit from an increased commission on the project's value creation.

Once the project structure is created and paid for, the actual development phase begins, leading to the project being ready for construction.

 

In this phase, the project is fully prepared technically, legally, and in terms of infrastructure.

• technical planning of the plant

• Preparation of the construction phase

 

Based on the project structure already established, further investors can now participate and co-finance the final development up to the Ready-to-Build (RTB) status and build the plant.
