Energy Investments – Entry along the entire value chain
We help with the development, construction and structuring of energy plants along the entire value chain.
Investors can enter the market at different stages, depending on their strategy and available capital.

Phase 1: Project Development
From idea to construction readiness (RTB)
In this phase, we identify and develop new solar projects together with experienced project developers.
Typical steps:
-
Site analysis and land acquisition
-
Permits and planning
-
Network connection
-
technical project development
The goal of this phase is to bring a project to the point of being ready to build.
Investment profile
-
Entry costs start at approximately CHF 50,000, depending on the phase.
-
Participation in project development
-
Higher return opportunities through increased project value

Phase 2: Construction and operation or sale
From construction readiness to electricity production
Once a project is ready for construction, it can:
-
built and operated long-term
or
-
to be sold to institutional investors such as pension funds.
During this phase, real energy plants are built that will produce electricity for decades.
Investment profile
-
larger tickets starting at CHF 1 million or acquisition of your own facility
-
stable infrastructure investments
-
long-term revenues from electricity production
Furthermore, multiple plants can be bundled into portfolios (e.g. ≥20 MWp) and sold directly to institutional investors through us.

Phase 2: Electricity strategy and trading
Value creation from the energy produced
Once commissioned, the systems generate electricity.
Investors can participate in this phase by:
-
Securing electricity long-term through contracts (Power Purchase Agreements)
-
Ticket sizes from approximately CHF 100,000 (long-term investment)
-
Securing future energy prices
-
benefit from rising electricity prices
This phase focuses on optimizing energy revenues.
