Energy Investments – Entry along the entire value chain

Investing in the development of energy projects

The development of new energy projects is the phase with the greatest added value within a solar project. In this phase, we identify, structure, and develop new energy plants together with experienced project developers until they are ready to build.

Investing from Phase 1.1 Development start, project structure and contractual basis

At the start of a new energy project, the entire project structure is built and the most important foundations for later development are established.

During this phase, the following steps, among others, will be implemented:

  • Securing the site and project areas

  • Establishment of the project company and structuring of the project

  • Conclusion of the first key project contracts

  • technical and legal project planning

  • Preparation of the approval processes

This phase marks the start of a new energy project.

Investors who get involved at this early stage enable the development to begin and thus participate directly in the initial value creation of the project.

Since these investors typically join the project 3 to 6 months earlier and finance a significant portion of the initial project work, they also benefit from an increased commission on the project's value creation.

Investment structure

  • Minimum investment: CHF 100,000

  • Participation in the development start and project structure

  • increased participation in early project value appreciation

Invest from Phase 1.2 – Development up to Ready-to-Build (Finished to Construction)

Once the project structure is created and paid for, the actual development phase begins, leading to the project being ready for construction.

In this phase, the project is fully prepared technically, legally, and in terms of infrastructure.

This includes in particular:

  • Obtaining the necessary permits

  • Ensuring network connection

  • technical planning of the plant

  • Preparation of the construction phase

Based on the project structure already established, further investors can now participate and co-finance the final development up to the Ready-to-Build (RTB) status and build the plant.

Investment opportunities

  • Entry level from CHF 100,000

  • Participation in the final development phase up to the point of being ready for construction.
