Model 1 – Construction and long-term operation of the plant

A developed project can be continued directly and the energy plant can be built.

Once completed, the plant will be connected to the power grid and will begin producing electricity.

In this case, investors participate in the purchase and subsequently benefit in the long term from the revenue generated by electricity production.

The generated electricity can be marketed in various ways:

• via long-term power purchase agreements

• via energy suppliers or direct marketing

• via the free electricity market

This model offers investors a stake in real energy infrastructure with long-term revenue streams, and you can significantly improve your company's positioning or generate further additional income through CO2 savings.

Based on this system, it is also possible to make expansions and to scale energy production and plant volume in the long term without new equity capital.

Model 2 – Construction and direct sale of the plant

Once the project development is complete, a construction-ready plant can be sold directly to institutional investors.

Typical buyers are:

• Pension funds

• Infrastructure investors

• Energy companies

• Energy portfolio operators

Often, several plants are bundled into larger energy portfolios or initially expanded individually, for example through battery storage (BESS) or hydrogen storage, and then sold jointly or individually to suitable buyers once they reach a production size of 20 MWp.

This model makes it possible to realize the value of the development and to efficiently transfer the projects.

In this case, investors benefit from the increase in value that occurred during the development phase. The buyer benefits from stable and sustainable long-term returns.

This allows for a very lucrative investment within a manageable timeframe with mitigated risks.
