The Genferberg Group is an owner-managed Swiss family business and is exclusively controlled by the Bürge family. Strategic direction, business decisions, and responsibility therefore lie entirely in the hands of the owning family.

 

At the same time, we are convinced that outstanding solutions do not arise from having all competencies within a single company. Therefore, in our various business areas, we collaborate with a carefully cultivated network of selected and, in some cases, exclusive partners, companies, and specialists. Depending on the task at hand, we bring together precisely the expertise required for professional and successful implementation.

 

This network and the ability to strategically bring together the right expertise for different projects are essential components of our working methods. Accordingly, we have consciously decided against publicly disclosing all partners and collaborations. However, in the context of a specific collaboration, we naturally introduce the relevant partners personally and involve them directly.

 

Our own management team is also supported by selected specialists. The individuals listed below maintain close and direct communication with our management and contribute their respective experience and expertise to ensure that we can continuously develop our structures, processes, and professional standards to the highest level.
